Enforcement Warranty
The applicable warranty is in accordance with the terms and conditions of each Brand.
How to Claim
1. Activate product warranty by registering it online on our website. Complete the data listed. Make sure the Serial Number (if available) matches the packaging box.
2. Contact the service center via support@indigitaltrading.com and each Brand’s social media to confirm claim registration.
3. Send the product that has a problem with the warranty data above as well as the completeness of the packaging box and purchase invoice to our service center. The cost of shipping and re-shipping is borne by the consumer.
How to Claim Without Warranty Card
1. Register product warranty online and attach a photo of the purchase receipt.
2. Contact the service center via support@indigitaltrading.com and each Brand’s social media to confirm claim registration.
3. Send the product that has a problem with the warranty data above as well as the completeness of the packaging box and purchase invoice to our service center. The cost of shipping and re-shipping is borne by the consumer.
Brands Guarantee
1. M-Tech
Store Guarantee applies (warranty time is determined by each store) and 3-month warranty (only for M-Tech Official Store purchases), starting from the date of purchase.
2. NYK Office
Store Guarantee applies (warranty time is determined by each store) and 3-month warranty (only for NYK Office Official Store purchases), starting from the date of purchase.
3. Altec Lansing
Guaranteed replacement of a new unit with the same product within 1 (one) year, starting from the date of purchase.
4. Cliptec
1 (one) year warranty on repair and replacement of new units. The product will pass the checking stage first and will be repaired if spare parts are available and suitable. Otherwise, the product will be immediately replaced with a new unit.
5. Alseye
Guarantee to replace a new unit with the same product within 6 (six) months, starting from the date of purchase.
6. NYK Nemesis
1 (one) year warranty on repair and replacement of new units. The product will pass the checking stage first and will be repaired if spare parts are available and suitable. Otherwise, the product will be immediately replaced with a new unit. For accessories (such as charger cable, data cable, etc) cause of factory damage, will get new replacement warranty within 2 weeks, starting from the date of purchase.
7. Sades
6 months warranty repair and 6 months replacement of new units. Especially for Earphones and TWS products, the warranty is for 1 (one) year. The product will pass the checking stage and will be repaired if suitable spare parts are available. Otherwise, the product will be immediately replaced with a new unit.
8. Dareu
1 (one) year warranty on repair and replacement of new units. The product will pass the checking stage first and will be repaired if spare parts are available and suitable. Otherwise, the product will be immediately replaced with a new unit.
Terms & Conditions
– Warranty services applied to repairs, replacement of components or spare parts, and replacement of new units due to manufacturing defects or component malfunctions. If the unit replacement stock is empty / discontinued, there will be an offer for a better product exchange.
– If there is a price difference when exchanging a better product, the cost will be borne by the consumer.
– The cost of shipping and returning products that have been serviced is borne by the consumer.
– The product will pass the checking stage to determine the replacement of spare parts or the replacement of a new unit.
– The period for checking and repairing is 14 – 30 working days (outside working hours and holidays), according to the level of damage, availability of replacement parts, or the delivery process.
– The need for completeness of goods in a complete and intact condition, including packaging boxes, invoices / proof of purchase as a condition of warranty claims.
– This warranty does not apply to product damage caused by :
1. The product has been serviced, modified or disassembled by yourself or a third party, outside of our service center (the product seal is damaged).
2. Use and maintenance of products that are not in accordance with the product manual.
3. Physical defects due to falls or user negligence (human error) that cause the product to be damaged or not function optimally when used.
– The warranty only applies to all products sold officially by us in the territory of Indonesia, both conventional stores and online stores.
– The warranty will not be valid if the warranty period has expired or the warranty seal is lost/damaged so that it is not possible to verify the warranty period.
– The warranty period follows the date, month and year of product purchase recorded in the system data.
– Purchase notes or screenshots of online transactions must be attached when registering the warranty.
